The workshop retains its manufacturer portal accounts. Each enquiry is attributable, and access can be revoked without dismantling the rest of the process.
Plan for a portal failure
A portal changes format or stops responding. We treat that as an expected case: record it, alert someone and hand the service request back to a person instead of leaving it stuck.
