Stock and prices
Stock and prices, without checking them by hand.
We connect your store to European warehouses and the manufacturer's latest prices. As often as your plan sets, each part reference reflects what is in the warehouse and its selling price follows your cost with the margin you choose.
Demonstration
How your catalogue updates every day
Every day warehouse stock and manufacturer prices are read, and each listing changes by itself: what sells out stops being sold and what comes back in shows up again.
Demonstration with made-up products, prices and stock levels: it does not connect to any warehouse or real store.
Stock and prices by hand
What it takes to keep the catalogue up to date by hand
Selling what is no longer there
A part that has sold out at the warehouse stays on sale in your store until someone takes it down, and the order ends up cancelled.
Prices that fall behind
When the manufacturer changes a price list, your store's price does not follow: you sell below cost or with a margin that is no longer the one you chose.
Checking reference by reference
Checking stock and prices on the manufacturer's portal takes hours every week and never covers the whole catalogue.
Back in stock, unannounced
A part reference that comes back into stock stays marked as sold out and you lose the sale without knowing.
How it works
From the manufacturer's warehouse and price list to your store
We connect to the sources
We read stock from European warehouses and the manufacturer's price list using your account credentials.
We update every reference
Price and stock are updated in your store as often as your plan sets (weekly, daily or several times a day), from your e-commerce back office or via API. We start from the net price the manufacturer gives you and work out the selling price with your margin, VAT and rounding.
Your store sells what is there
Sold-out parts stop being sold, those back in stock go live again and the selling price moves with your cost without touching your margin.
How many spare parts do you sell that are out of stock or below their purchase price?
Your email app opens with a few questions to get started. If it doesn't, write to hola@barelotech.com.

Frequently asked questions
How often are stock and prices updated?
It depends on the plan you choose: once a week, once a day or several times a day.
Where does the stock come from?
From European warehouses, using your manufacturer account credentials.
What price appears in my store?
We take the price the manufacturer gives you and apply a fixed margin, or look at how competitors price that part to set a different price.
What happens when a part sells out or comes back into stock?
Sold-out parts stop being sold and those back in stock go live again, without anyone checking.
Do I have to change platforms?
No. Updates are made from your store's back office or via API.
What happens when the manufacturer replaces a part with another?
In one of our packages we also detect substitute parts: we map the equivalence, list the substitute part and delist the old one.
